How much does shipping cost?
We charge €7.99 for shipping your order. We offer free shipping on orders of €100 or more.

How long is the estimated delivery time?
Ready to ship immediately. Delivery takes up to 3 business days for Germany and Austria and up to 5 business days for all other destination countries.

If products are not ready to ship within one business day, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly by the period until the products are ready to ship.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

Unfortunately, direct delivery to Denmark, Sweden, and Finland is currently not available via meater.eu. If you live in one of these countries, you can easily order your MEATER products from our partner GearHub, which delivers to these countries.

Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver outside Europe or to our planetary neighbors.

Which carrier do you use?
Depending on the destination country and location, we select the carrier that can deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For most deliveries, we use UPS, the postal service, or GLS.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, our carrier will email you a tracking number or tracking ID. If you ordered using a registered customer account, you can also find it in your order history. Please also check your spam folder.

If you have already received your tracking ID, you can usually enter it on the relevant carrier's website to check the current shipping status.

After your order has been shipped, you will also receive the invoice by email from ATS Trade & Service.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Occasionally, processing may take a little longer. Therefore, please do not open a support ticket immediately after placing your order.
