We do not recommend grilling over an open flame with the MEATER Plus.
However, the MEATER Pro (MEATER 2 Plus), MEATER Pro Duo, or MEATER Pro XL are suitable for this. These can be used at ambient temperatures of up to 550°C.
Orders placed on a business day are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping time depends on the shipping provider and your location.
If you have purchased a MEATER from our online store and it does not meet your expectations, you can contact us for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is stated on the invoice, unless other information is available. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. After more than 30 days, please refer to our warranty terms for products and services. Returned products must be new and unused and include all original packaging parts and accessories (including instructions). Any product showing signs of misuse or extensive use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
