Shipping policy

How much are the shipping costs?
We charge shipping costs of €7.99 for your order. We offer free shipping for orders of €100 or more.

How long will delivery take?
Ready to ship immediately. Delivery takes up to 3 business days to Germany and Austria and up to 5 business days to all other delivery countries.

If products are not ready to ship within one business day, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly by the amount of time until the products are ready to ship.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver outside Europe or to our planetary neighbors.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
Depending on the delivery country and destination, we select the shipping carrier that can deliver your order the fastest and most efficiently.

For most deliveries, we use UPS, the postal service, or GLS.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, our shipping carrier will send you a shipment number or tracking ID by email. For orders placed through a registered customer account, you can also find this information in your order history. Please also check your spam folder.

If you have already received your tracking ID, you can usually enter it on the respective shipping carrier’s website to view the current shipping status.

After your order has been shipped, you will also receive the invoice by email from ATS Trade & Service.

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Occasionally, processing may take a little longer. Therefore, please do not open a support ticket immediately after placing your order.
