We do not recommend grilling over an open flame with the MEATER Plus.

However, the MEATER Pro (MEATER 2 Plus), MEATER Pro Duo, or MEATER Pro XL are suitable for this. They can be used at ambient temperatures up to 550°C.

Orders placed on a business day are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders from the weekend are shipped on Monday or Tuesday, depending on the order volume. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location.

If you purchased a MEATER from our online store and it does not meet your expectations, you can contact us within 30 days of the purchase date for a return. The purchase date is indicated on the invoice, unless other information is available. The refund will be made using the same payment method applied at the time of purchase. After more than 30 days, please refer to our warranty terms for products and services. Returned products must be new and unused and include all original packaging parts as well as accessories (including manuals). Any product showing signs of misuse or extensive use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
